How to Submit Requests

Email: contact@prohomesavings.com

Verification & Authorized Agents

We will verify requests (e.g., email confirmation, information match). Authorized agents must provide proof of authority and we may require the consumer’s verification/confirmation.

Timing

We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (extendable up to 90 days with notice). We will explain reasons if we cannot comply.

Frequency/Format

You may make two access requests in a 12-month period. Responses cover the prior 12 months (and, if requested, up to 12 months before January 1, 2022, to the extent required). We provide data in a portable and, where feasible, readily usable format.

Opt-Out Preference Signals (Global Privacy Control)

Where required by law, we honor GPC signals as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing for the browser/session sending the signal. You can also use our links above to set broader preferences.

5) Children

We do not knowingly sell or share PI of consumers under 16. If we learn we have collected PI from a child under 16 without appropriate authorization, we will delete it.

6) Retention

We retain PI for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice (e.g., to provide services, maintain security, meet legal/regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements), then delete or de-identify it consistent with our retention practices and applicable laws. Actual periods vary by category, purpose, and legal requirements.

7) Financial Incentives

If we offer programs that provide benefits (e.g., discounts) in exchange for PI, we will describe the material terms, the categories of PI involved, how to opt in, how to withdraw, and our good-faith method for calculating the program’s value as required by the CCPA.

8) Metrics Reporting (If Applicable)

If we are required to publish request metrics under the CCPA regulations (e.g., based on consumer volume thresholds), we will post them here or provide them upon request.
